What WiseBlock connects to, grouped by what it does for you: the building's bank, your accounting system, your team's mailboxes, and an API for everything else. Each one is marked as available today or planned, so nothing here is a promise dressed up as a feature.

Sheet 01Banking

The building's bank, read in.

Statement lines come in from the bank without anybody retyping them, ready to match against the ledger.

  • Open Banking, through Yapily

    Connect a building's account with the bank's own consent screen. WiseBlock can read statement lines and balances; the connection is read-only and cannot make payments.

  • Statement upload

    No connection? Upload a PDF or CSV statement and the Bank Specialist agent reads the lines out of it, ready to match against the ledger.

Sheet 02Accounting & finance systems

Your books, kept in step.

Approved contractor bills go across to your accounting system, and contractors are kept there as suppliers, so the same invoice is never typed twice.

  • QuickBooks Online

    Available

    An approved contractor invoice is raised as a bill in QuickBooks against the right expense account, and contractors are created, updated and stood down as suppliers. Only approved invoices are sent. Workflows can do the same steps on your own rules.

  • Xero

    Planned

    The same as QuickBooks: approved bills and suppliers kept in step. Planned; not available yet.

  • Sage

    Planned

    The same, for Sage accounting. Planned; not available yet.

  • Oracle NetSuite

    Planned

    For groups that run their finance on NetSuite. Planned; not available yet.

  • SAP

    Planned

    For groups that run their finance on SAP. Planned; not available yet.

Until your system is connected, reports and the ledger can be exported as CSV for your accountant.

Sheet 03Email

Every block's mail, and your team's.

Building mail and personal work mailboxes sit side by side, so nothing depends on whose inbox it reached.

  • Mailgun

    Sends WiseBlock's email, and gives each building its own address that residents and contractors can write to.

  • Microsoft 365

    Connect a team member's work mailbox by signing in at Microsoft. Mail syncs in, folders and all.

  • Gmail and Google Workspace

    The same for Google accounts: sign in at Google and the mailbox syncs.

  • IMAP

    iCloud, Fastmail, Yahoo or any other provider that offers IMAP, with SMTP for sending.

Sheet 04REST API

Build the rest yourself.

WiseBlock has a JSON API — the same one its mobile app uses. Sign in to get a bearer token, then read and write buildings, scheduled fire checks, inspections, fire risk assessments, findings and media for your organisation.

Access is scoped to your organisation exactly as it is in the back office. Contact us for API access.

Questions

Integrations, answered.

Do you integrate with Xero, Sage, NetSuite or SAP?

Not yet. QuickBooks Online is the accounting integration built today; Xero, Sage, Oracle NetSuite and SAP are planned. Until then, reports and the ledger can be exported as CSV.

Can WiseBlock take payments from the building's account?

No. The Open Banking connection is read-only: it reads statement lines and balances and cannot move money.

Do we need our own Twilio or WhatsApp account?

No. SMS, voice and WhatsApp run through WiseBlock's own accounts with those providers.

Is there an integration with Zapier or a CRM?

No. Rather than list connectors that don't exist, we offer the REST API for anything not on this page.
