Block management software, every module in one place.

WiseBlock is fire safety, repairs, residents and service charges for UK managing agents, in one system with one record per building. Here is every module, grouped the way a managing agent's week is — each works on its own, and they share the building, the people and the ledger underneath.

Sheet 015 modules

Fire safety & operations

The buildings themselves: what is in them, whether they are safe, and the work that keeps them that way.

  • Fire safety compliance

Fire risk assessments from draft to signed off, their findings and remedial actions, and FD30 and FD60 fire door records for every flat.

  • Schedule & dispatch

Alarm tests, sprinkler checks and assessments booked against each block, assigned to inspectors, completed in the mobile app.

  • NFC check-ins

Tags at the riser, the fire panel and the communal doors: who arrived at which point, and when.

  • Maintenance & repairs

A fault logged from the portal, the phone or a site visit, drafted from its photographs, priced, approved against the whole job and fixed.

  • Building operations

One page per building — units, fire doors and EPCs, residents, inspections, documents, tasks and the calendar.

Sheet 023 modules

Finance

The block's money, kept per building and in the open, from budget to bank.

  • Service charges & budgets

A budget per building split across headings, each unit's apportioned share to four decimal places, and demands raised as PDFs.

  • Invoice approval

Contractor bills matched to the work order and checked before anyone approves them, then posted under the right budget heading.

  • Bank reconciliation

Statements brought in over read-only Open Banking and matched line by line to the building's ledger.

Sheet 033 modules

Residents & communication

The people who live in the blocks, and the firms who work on them.

  • Resident portal & app

Residents see their service charges and demands, report repairs with photographs and read the building's notices.

  • Messaging

Email, SMS, WhatsApp and in-app messages from one place, sent to a building, a group or one person, with delivery tracked.

  • For contractors

Quotation requests, work orders and invoices, exchanged with the firms you already use.

Sheet 043 modules

AI & automation

Agents that do the reading, matching and chasing — and hand anything uncertain to a person.

  • AI agents

A receptionist, a money collector, email triage, a bank specialist, a maintenance surveyor and a contractor matcher.

  • Gordon

The browser assistant for your other systems.

  • Integrations

How WiseBlock works with the tools you already use.

Sheet 05See it work

Three jobs, start to finish.

Each one is an animated walk-through of real screens, on a fictional building, from the first message to the last record.

  • A repair, end to end

A resident's photograph becomes a drafted job, a quotation request, an approved price, a work order and a paid invoice.

  • An invoice, checked

A contractor's bill is read, matched to its work order and checked before it reaches the person who approves it.

  • A quarter, reconciled

Three months of statements meet the building's ledger, and the two lines the agent won't guess at go to the accountant.

Sheet 06Underneath

Why the modules work better together.

Every module hangs off the same building. The fire door recorded in a flat is the one the inspector checks; the repair a resident reports carries the building's budget heading through the quotation, the work order and the invoice, so the spend lands in the ledger where the service charge budget can see it; the bank line that pays it is matched against that same ledger.

Around the modules sit the parts every agent needs: workflows that start work when something happens — a check completed, a date coming up, an invoice approved — a task board, a reports centre with CSV and PDF exports, and a business performance view for administrators only.

Each organisation's data is kept apart from every other's, and each role sees only the modules it has been granted.

Questions

The platform, answered.

Do we have to use every module?

No. Your quote is built from the modules and agents you switch on, and you can add more as you need them.

Who is WiseBlock for?

UK managing agents and residential landlords running blocks of flats — the people responsible for fire safety, repairs, residents and service charges across a portfolio.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. Inspectors complete fire checks in the WiseBlock mobile app, and residents have their own portal and app.

Do the AI agents act on their own?

They read, draft, match and chase. Anything they aren't sure of — an unmatched bank line, a drafted repair, a price over your approval limit — goes to a person to decide.
